Turnaround times

Our high speed duplication is delivered within 3 working days of us receiving workable artwork and master files.  Replication takes longer and you can expect delivery within 9-12 working days. You will receive a delivery date with your order confirmation.

Price Promise

Our quotes are inclusive and there are no hidden charges.  If your project looks like it is going to incur extra costs we will call to discuss these charges before we proceed.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, DHL and TNT to deliver your goods.  We find these services reliable and trackable and will provide you with a tracking number.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with the products you receive.  We will compensate for any errors that we have made.  If there is a fault with your order contact us straight away and we will arrange for the goods to be collected.  After we have assessed the fault we will contact you.  If we have made an error then we will normally re-run the order at no cost.
